What is Networking Circles?

Relationships
before transactions.

Networking Circles is a simple online networking format where business owners meet on Zoom in small groups. Instead of one-way introductions or rushed pitches, participants get time to speak, listen, and understand each other's businesses — and build relationships that may lead to referrals, collaborations, and business opportunities over time.

Make it work

The meeting is step one.
Trust is the real work.

Take it 1:1

Meeting once a week on Zoom is just the first step. The real business happens when you do a 1:1 meeting and get to know people more — that's where the magic and trust happen.

Give before you ask

Having an ASK is important — but when you work on how you can give someone business or references, that works even better.

Refer with care

Don't blindly refer people. Get to know them and ask for case studies if they offer services, before recommending them to your trusted network.

How the group works

Please don't promote
in the group.

The WhatsApp group is for connection — not constant promotion. There's simple math behind this, and a better way to grow your business through the community — including a dedicated Promotions group you'll get access to after you join.

100members × 1promo each = 100posts a day

The day we cross 100 members, if everyone promotes their business, that's 100 posts every single day. The group becomes noise, people mute it, and it stops being useful for anyone.

Don't

Broadcast your business

No unsolicited promos, offers, or sales pitches dropped into the main group. One person's promo invites everyone else's — and the feed turns to spam.

Do instead

Share your group — let people opt in

Once a week, share your own WhatsApp group invite link with a one-line reason why someone should join. People who find it relevant choose to join — and you run your ongoing promotions inside your own group.

✓ Opt-in, not broadcast
Take it offline

In the same city?
Meet in person.

If you and other members are in the same area or city, you're encouraged to meet offline and turn a Zoom conversation into a real friendship. Keep it simple — a casual, low-pressure catch-up where each person pays for what they eat or drink.

Coffee shops & cafés

An easy, relaxed setting for a 1:1 or a small group. Everyone pays for their own.

Office conference rooms

Have a meeting room at your workplace? Offer it up and host a few members for a focused session.

Food courts

Busy, public, and convenient — meet over a meal where, again, everyone covers their own bill.

Keep it safe & public

We recommend meeting in public spaces only, and please avoid pubs and bars — keeping things professional and comfortable for everyone makes the community better for all.

Planning a meet-up? Post it on the WhatsApp group so nearby members can join.

The full community guidelines

Tap any point to expand
01Build relationships first

The goal of this community isn't to sell to everyone in the group. It's to know people well enough that the right opportunities emerge naturally.

02Join the Member Directory

Instead of introducing yourself in the group, please share your business details through the Member Directory form on the website.

Once you submit, you'll receive access to the information shared by other business owners — helping everyone discover relevant connections, referrals, and collaborations. It only takes about 2 minutes.

03Business promotions

If you'd like to promote your business regularly, please share your WhatsApp group or community link once a week, along with a one-line description of who it's for and why members may benefit.

The best time to share is right after our Networking Circle meeting, while conversations are still fresh. Please do your ongoing promotions within your own group rather than here, and avoid posting promotional messages outside the weekly sharing window.

04Give before you ask

Look for opportunities to make introductions, share knowledge, provide referrals, and support fellow members.

05Build trust before you pitch

Unsolicited sales messages rarely lead to meaningful relationships. Most people prefer to do business with those they know, like, and trust.

Take time to understand fellow members' businesses and look for ways to help first. When there's genuine interest and mutual value, business conversations happen naturally. If you'd like to explore an opportunity, simply ask if they'd be open to the conversation.

06Referral requests are welcome

Be specific about who you're looking to connect with and how the community can help. The clearer you are about your ideal client or opportunity, the easier it is for others to support you.

07Celebrate wins & express gratitude

Feel free to share collaborations, referrals, testimonials, milestones, and success stories that emerged through the community.

Publicly thanking someone for their support helps them feel appreciated and recognized — and shows other members who's actively contributing and worth connecting with. Recognition strengthens relationships and makes helping others the norm.

08Keep discussions relevant

Please keep conversations focused on networking, collaboration, referrals, business growth, and supporting one another. Avoid controversial topics like politics and religion that can divide people.

If you have a concern or disagreement, reach out to me directly on WhatsApp at 7519531953 or email rishigangoly@gmail.com. Addressing concerns privately is often more constructive than discussing them publicly.

We also request that members avoid posting birthday wishes and festival greetings in the group — as the community grows, these can flood notifications. Please send personal greetings privately instead; they're often more meaningful that way.

09Be respectful & inclusive

Different perspectives are welcome. Treat fellow members with kindness, professionalism, and respect.

10Community updates

Meeting reminders, schedule changes, important announcements, and Networking Circles updates will be shared by the admins.

11Quality over quantity

Meaningful conversations create stronger relationships than constant broadcasting.

12Add value

Before posting, ask yourself: "Does this message add value to the community?" If the answer is yes, please share it.

Thank you for helping create a community built on trust, generosity, and meaningful connections.

Questions

Good to know
before you join.

Is it really free?
Yes — completely free. Networking Circles runs every Monday, with the time alternating each week between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM so people in different schedules and time zones can all attend. There's no fee and no upsell.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No preparation needed. Just come ready to talk about what you do and to listen to others. A clear, one-line description of your business helps you make the most of each breakout room.
How does the session actually work?
After Rishi welcomes everyone, you're sent into small breakout rooms of 3–4 people for about 10 minutes, then brought back and regrouped — repeated across three rounds, so you meet new people each time. The more people attend, the more breakout rooms open (always 3–4 people per room). Once the rounds finish the meeting concludes; anyone who needs to leave can drop off, and those who stay can ask questions or share feedback before we close. Real conversations instead of rushed pitches.
Who is it for?
Business owners, consultants, freelancers, service providers, founders, and professionals who believe networking works best when relationships come before transactions.
What happens after the session?
The weekly meeting is just the start. The real business happens in 1:1 conversations. You can join the WhatsApp group to stay connected and share your business details to discover and reach the other members.
How do I join the next meeting?
Just register through Zoom and you'll receive the meeting details. Then show up on Monday at 4:00 PM.
