A free online Zoom networking session where business owners meet in small breakout rooms, have meaningful conversations, and explore future collaborations.
Networking Circles is a simple online networking format where business owners meet on Zoom in small groups. Instead of one-way introductions or rushed pitches, participants get time to speak, listen, and understand each other's businesses — and build relationships that may lead to referrals, collaborations, and business opportunities over time.
Hop on from anywhere — no travel, no venue, no cost.
Rishi welcomes everyone, then sends you into your first breakout room.
Small rooms of 3–4 people for ~10 minutes — then everyone returns and is regrouped. Repeated three times, so you meet new people each round.
After the three rounds the main session wraps up. Anyone who needs to head off is free to drop here.
Staying on? Ask questions or share feedback — then we close out together.
You can become a client of someone in this network — or they can become a customer of yours.
If you're in a similar industry, you can collaborate instead of compete — and share revenue with each other.
If you can, and feel it's worth it, you can refer people to your own network.
Business owners, consultants, freelancers, service providers, founders, and professionals who believe networking works best when relationships come before transactions.
Unscripted feedback from attendees at the end of a recent session — on the breakout rooms, the energy, and the people they met.
I love the energy. I love the idea of breakout rooms — meeting new people. That's perfect.— Pankaj Patel
The breakout rooms are fantastic. We get to know people and what they're doing. The idea is fantastic.— Sameer Shah
A nice place to interact with each other — an ideal platform for me to be. Looking forward to the next one.— Divyaa Advaani

Request to Join WhatsApp GroupMeeting once a week on Zoom is just the first step. The real business happens when you do a 1:1 meeting and get to know people more — that's where the magic and trust happen.
Having an ASK is important — but when you work on how you can give someone business or references, that works even better.
Don't blindly refer people. Get to know them and ask for case studies if they offer services, before recommending them to your trusted network.
The WhatsApp group is for connection — not constant promotion. There's simple math behind this, and a better way to grow your business through the community — including a dedicated Promotions group you'll get access to after you join.
The day we cross 100 members, if everyone promotes their business, that's 100 posts every single day. The group becomes noise, people mute it, and it stops being useful for anyone.
No unsolicited promos, offers, or sales pitches dropped into the main group. One person's promo invites everyone else's — and the feed turns to spam.
Once a week, share your own WhatsApp group invite link with a one-line reason why someone should join. People who find it relevant choose to join — and you run your ongoing promotions inside your own group.
✓ Opt-in, not broadcastIf you and other members are in the same area or city, you're encouraged to meet offline and turn a Zoom conversation into a real friendship. Keep it simple — a casual, low-pressure catch-up where each person pays for what they eat or drink.
An easy, relaxed setting for a 1:1 or a small group. Everyone pays for their own.
Have a meeting room at your workplace? Offer it up and host a few members for a focused session.
Busy, public, and convenient — meet over a meal where, again, everyone covers their own bill.
We recommend meeting in public spaces only, and please avoid pubs and bars — keeping things professional and comfortable for everyone makes the community better for all.
Planning a meet-up? Post it on the WhatsApp group so nearby members can join.
Join the group →Treat every member with courtesy. Listen as much as you speak.
If you have to choose between being right or being kind, choose to be kind.
Stick to conversations around business, work, and collaboration.
Please keep religion and politics out of the discussion.
The goal of this community isn't to sell to everyone in the group. It's to know people well enough that the right opportunities emerge naturally.
Instead of introducing yourself in the group, please share your business details through the Member Directory form on the website.
Once you submit, you'll receive access to the information shared by other business owners — helping everyone discover relevant connections, referrals, and collaborations. It only takes about 2 minutes.
If you'd like to promote your business regularly, please share your WhatsApp group or community link once a week, along with a one-line description of who it's for and why members may benefit.
The best time to share is right after our Networking Circle meeting, while conversations are still fresh. Please do your ongoing promotions within your own group rather than here, and avoid posting promotional messages outside the weekly sharing window.
Look for opportunities to make introductions, share knowledge, provide referrals, and support fellow members.
Unsolicited sales messages rarely lead to meaningful relationships. Most people prefer to do business with those they know, like, and trust.
Take time to understand fellow members' businesses and look for ways to help first. When there's genuine interest and mutual value, business conversations happen naturally. If you'd like to explore an opportunity, simply ask if they'd be open to the conversation.
Be specific about who you're looking to connect with and how the community can help. The clearer you are about your ideal client or opportunity, the easier it is for others to support you.
Feel free to share collaborations, referrals, testimonials, milestones, and success stories that emerged through the community.
Publicly thanking someone for their support helps them feel appreciated and recognized — and shows other members who's actively contributing and worth connecting with. Recognition strengthens relationships and makes helping others the norm.
Please keep conversations focused on networking, collaboration, referrals, business growth, and supporting one another. Avoid controversial topics like politics and religion that can divide people.
If you have a concern or disagreement, reach out to me directly on WhatsApp at 7519531953 or email rishigangoly@gmail.com. Addressing concerns privately is often more constructive than discussing them publicly.
We also request that members avoid posting birthday wishes and festival greetings in the group — as the community grows, these can flood notifications. Please send personal greetings privately instead; they're often more meaningful that way.
Different perspectives are welcome. Treat fellow members with kindness, professionalism, and respect.
Meeting reminders, schedule changes, important announcements, and Networking Circles updates will be shared by the admins.
Meaningful conversations create stronger relationships than constant broadcasting.
Before posting, ask yourself: "Does this message add value to the community?" If the answer is yes, please share it.
Thank you for helping create a community built on trust, generosity, and meaningful connections.
