Rishi has the unique ability to understand the consumer mindset and focus and capture the triggers that will initiate a meaningful engagement. You can read Consumer Behaviour by Philip Kotler front and back, but the insights that I got from his email marketing workshop are unparalleled and not found in any text book. A must workshop if you are in the digital marketing space.

Rishi has been a great support and a sounding board for conceptualizing our email marketing campaigns. He and his team have helped us fix the minor nuances that go a long way in executing these campaigns. For example, what at first I thought was ridiculous, i.e. use plain text for my email marketing campaigns, turned out to be totally opposite in my experience. The responses I got with simple plain text emails were far more effective than my standard HTML (colorful) mailers. It also reduced the risk of landing up in junk mail folders.
