You can chat live with your customers using a software/service called Zopim which is now called Zendesk Chat

  1. Sign-up for a FREE account from https://www.zopim.com
  2. Install and Activate the plugin Zendesk Chat
  3. Install and Activate the app on your Smartphone
You should see the options on your website for live chat.
