How much will it cost?

This is one of the first questions a client asks us. Watch the video first.

However, for us to answer that depends on what the client wants.

What are the requirements?

If it's a website, we need to know what is the purpose of the website. What all does it need to do or communicate with its visitors? Is it just a one-page website to talk about the company and it's products or services? Or do they want to use it to show the list of products or maybe a shopping cart to buy the products from the website directly? Is there a need for a Blog or News section? How may articles will be published? Do we need to create the content for the articles or will the client give us the articles?

Each of the above needs to be clearly understood before we can provide an estimate for what the website will cost. For us to respond to this question, we need what is known as a Requirements Document. Watch the next video below to get a better sense of what we mean and what we nee…
