Snooze emails in Gmail


I’m an Inbox Zero kind of a guy. I like to archive emails I’m done with and get it out of the Inbox.

When I open an email there are 3 actions I take.

  1. Delete or Spam it, if I don’t need it
  2. Archive it if I may need to refer to it in future
  3. Reply and archive it if I may need to refer to it in the future.

However, sometimes I may need inputs from someone or need to think about it later and then reply to the email and archive it.

This is where all hell breaks loose and emails start to pile up in my Inbox.

But with the Snooze feature, I can get it out of the inbox for now and look at it later at a time I can decide. See the two videos below to see how to enable it:
